You may use this website, client galleries, and studio tools only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any gallery link, access code, account credentials, or private access token provided to you.

Booking dates, times, locations, and session details are confirmed through direct communication with Pham Films. Automated booking emails are provided for convenience and may not replace signed agreements, invoices, or direct studio confirmations.

You agree to provide accurate contact and booking information and to notify us promptly if your information changes.

Gallery access is intended only for the client and authorized viewers. You may not attempt to access galleries, files, accounts, or systems that you are not authorized to use.

Download, sharing, and selection features may vary by gallery and may be limited or disabled at the studio's discretion.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, photos, videos, designs, copy, logos, and website materials remain the property of Pham Films or the applicable rights holder.

Receiving access to a gallery does not transfer copyright. Any license to download, print, share, or use images is controlled by the applicable client agreement, invoice, or written permission.

You may not interfere with the website, bypass access controls, scrape private gallery content, upload malicious files, impersonate another person, or use the service in a way that harms Pham Films or other users.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe these Terms have been violated or if doing so is needed to protect the service.

The website may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, database storage, email, SMS, payment, and file storage. Your use of those features may also be subject to the providers' terms.

The website and gallery tools are provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pham Films is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or galleries.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
